Brad C. Julian is the Founder and Principal Manager of Julian Investment Group. JIG specializes in securing investors for various commercial projects, analysis and acquisition of retail property, senior living facilities and commercial office space. Brad uses his analysis of macroeconomic trends as guidance for JIG's acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.

Brad is currently an affiliate broker with Gables & Gates, Realtors focusing on residential and commercial real estate. Brad joined Gables & Gates in 2005 and is pursuing his CCIM designation for commercial real estate.

Brad is also a commercial airline pilot employed with Delta Air Lines since 2000. Brad has served as First Officer on the Boeing 737 and the MD 88 aircraft.
